Refund policy

Returns & Replacements:

SmartBee Toys endeavor's to ensure that every purchase made with us is seamless and satisfying to our customers. We take great care in adhering to the highest quality and premium finish standards. 

1. Cancellation of Orders:

   • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.
   • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.

2. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds will be issued for missing or damaged products. If you receive a damaged item or if any product is missing from your order, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
   • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with an unboxing video of product and clear photos of the damaged item(s) or evidence of the missing product(s).
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification and approval of our team and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Return of Products:

   • Returns are accepted for missing or damaged products as well as if you are not satisfied with the product.
   • In case of return, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
   • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Each return and replacement are handled on a case-by-case basis. For which, we request you to get in touch with our team.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs for returning items due to damage or missing products will be covered by Finger Prints (SmartBee Toys).
   • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for reasons other than damage or missing products.

5. Refusal of Refund:

   • SmartBee Toys reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned products do not meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.
